Simplifies car buying process, enables productivity in deal management
The Softeq team enhanced the existing customer’s client-server solution, as well as created a multiplatform (iOS/Android) mobile app from scratch. The app integrates with the web backend to enable prompt information management.
The client turned to Softeq to build a client-server mobile app that would enable car buyers and car dealers to close mutually beneficial deals. The app was to enhance the existing solution geared towards car dealers by providing a convenient vehicle selection tool for the buyer side.
The team was to enhance the existing customer’s client-server solution, as well as create from scratch a multiplatform (iOS/Android) mobile app integrating it with the web back end to enable prompt information management.
The Xamarin-driven app targets potential vehicle buyers and is designed to provide end-to-end purchasing experience — from car selection to finalizing the purchase order.

The app communicates with the web back end, which has been functionally upgraded to work as a CRM tool enabling sales managers to process buyer requests more efficiently. The web system is integrated with a number of third-party solutions, including AIS Rebates, DealerSocket dealer management system, among others.
Since many of the third-party systems did not meet the customer’s expectations to the required extent, the team had to do a major solution customization.
The final solution is set to facilitate the car selection process for buyers, while eliminating the stress associated with negotiating the deals and handling the necessary paperwork. At the same time the complete solution will also help dealers close the deals faster thanks to the automated workflows and immediate availability of all the relevant critical information.
