Softeq will not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Softeq retains your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it has been collected.

2. the processing is carried out by automated means.

Moreover, in exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly by us to another controller where technically possible.

Data Processing Consent Withdrawal

You can withdraw your consent to data collection/processing/transfer at any time, even after we have collected and processed your personal information.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
