The customer wanted to improve its offering to fleet-management businesses. For that, the company needed to update its mobile application. The app was built for managing transportation documents on custom Android devices. Once updated, the solution would send scanned docs directly to drivers and carriers.
The solution is a mobile app and web document capture platform that enables independent drivers and truckload carriers to receive scanned docs directly into their office system as PDF and TIFF files. This way the consigner gets proof of the delivery back from the truck and the carrier can bill for the freight more quickly.
