A-List+ is a startup company building comprehensive planning and management solutions for mobile that facilitate individual day-to-day task management.


Having a detailed design document, the client was after a pro software development team to get to grips with the tech side of the solution. A-List+ required a seasoned service provider with a strong foothold in mobile software implementation. Having pitched the project to several local and international development companies, they realized that Softeq was the hands-down winner as a team of mature software engineering specialists with demonstrated knowledge of iOS technologies.

The conceptualized everyday activities management solution was intended as an “all-in-one” user-friendly alternative to several standalone iOS applications. The app was expected to integrate under one roof scopes of mission critical data from disparate sources, including the default Apple productivity apps such as Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders.


Softeq developed an iOS app that enables users to easily consolidate, prioritize, and manage their contacts, appointments, tasks, and other information and activities of prime importance. Apart from serving as a comprehensive data storage, the solution interacts with the smartphone service software and hardware, including email, SMS, camera, image gallery along with the weather forecast.

The app’s key sections are:

  • The Dashboard displays current weather along with the upcoming events and critical tasks. Simple navigation and a powerful app-wide search allow to easily add new data
  • The Contacts section provides for contacts view, search, and sorting by name, business name, or category. Users can also assign contacts to events, tasks, notes, projects, and more
  • The Events column helps import and sync user iOS calendar and manage the personal, work, and family sections in a single view by assigning contacts, tasks, and notes to any event
  • The Tasks section enables users to quickly add tasks, assign deadlines and sub-tasks, and associate events, notes, contacts, or images

Other app components include notes, projects, and a location-based 4-day weather forecast.


Softeq’s team employed a combination of the classic Waterfall methodology and iterative approach.


The team has demonstrated high performance and development skills delivering a well-functioning app in line with the customer vision and expectations. Designed to run on iOS devices, the solution is available in the App Store.
