iPhone

Softeq became members of the iPhone Developer Program at its inception. Our iPhone team has developed our own internal titles as well as created and ported applications for several customers, some of which were demonstrated at the latest Consumer Electronics Show.

We have created both paid and free applications, enabled in-app purchase, as well as integration of ad-revenue sites AdMob and Mobclix.

Android

Android is coming into its own, driven in large part by the Android 2.0 improvements and new devices like the Droid and the Nexus One. We have worked on the Android platform since 1.0 and are now working with the latest high resolution Android devices. Our applications are written to support multiple Android devices simultaneously.

BlackBerry

To say we're BlackBerry fans is an understatement. Sure, you'll find an iPhone or Android device in our bag (or both!), but we've never let go of our Blackberries. If you require a BlackBerry solution, we're ready. Microsoft Certified Partner - Mobility Solutions

Symbian

Although iPhone and Android have been grabbing all the headlines, Nokia's Symbian OS still holds 40% of the phone marketshare.

Don't discount the importance of having your application on the Nokia platforms, or available in the Nokia Ovi store. Let us create your original application idea, or port your existing application to or from Symbian.

Windows Mobile

Softeq administered Hewlett-Packard's iPAQ Developer Program for five straight years. As a result of that long association, Softeq developed several mobile SDKs (Software Development Kits) for HP's line of iPAQ Pocket PCs and Smartphones.

Our administration of the iPAQ Developer Program meant that other mobile developers contacted us for help and answers.

Our DURATEQ handheld is based on the iPAQ and Windows Mobile platform. We are very familiar with Windows Mobile and Windows CE Board Support Packages (BSPs), both at the application and the driver level.

The iPAQ Developer Program is now a part of HP's Developer & Solution Provider Program (DSPP). To learn more about the DSPP, go to www.hp.com/dspp.

Wait, There's More

We have experience on additional platforms as well, such as J2ME and BREW. And we have created and ported applications to custom set tops on brand new embedded platforms.

For more information, see our Embedded Services section.

Mobility Multiplied
Our developers have access to an extensive range of mobile platforms and devices. Because we don't focus on just one platform, we are very familar with what is common and unique between them. This allows us to create applications that are portable across platforms while also taking advantage of the unique features of today's devices.

It’s easy to work with us. The first step is to tell us about your project. We will review your requirements, produce an estimate, and answer any questions you have.
